Privacy & data protection

insurance.net.za, a division of Mosaic Financial Solutions Pty Ltd, processes personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act No. 4 of 2013 (POPIA). When an enquiry is submitted, we collect the contact details and risk-management information provided in the form, together with limited technical information required to protect the service and diagnose abuse.

We use this information to evaluate and respond to the enquiry, route it to the appropriate specialist, maintain an internal record of the relationship and improve our risk-management services. We do not sell personal information.

Information is stored in our controlled sales-lead system and may be made available to authorised Mosaic personnel and service providers who support secure email delivery or hosting. It is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above or where required by law.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or withdraw consent for future communications, by emailing solutions@insurance.net.za.
